Alaska Weddings Unlimited will agree too perform the following duties or as specified by the Bride.

These may include:

1. Assist the bride in hiring all vendors as needed for the ceremony and reception which may include:

a. locating a ceremony/reception site, and negotiation prices.

b. selection of rentals and decorations.

c. selection of bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses, tux and other attire. d. selection of caterer, musicians, baker, photographer, videographer, as well as invitations.

2. Coordinate communication between and among vendors, suppliers and sites.

3. Serve as a referee, friend, budget advisor, guardian, etiquette expert, shopper, detail manager and organizer.

4. Coordinate your rehearsal and wedding with the officiate.

5. Supervise all last minute details.

6. Attend to all details of the wedding day which will be continuing through out the entire day as per request and directing all necessary events of the day. Any other requests and provisions can be made in writing, and agreements shall be made binding between both parties at that time. Assistance locating the perfect site to host your wedding & reception. Assistance with design, style, atmosphere and layout of your wedding & reception. Assistance determining your budget and managing your expenditures. Unlimited advice & consultations via phone, fax and email. Vendor Referral & Coordination Make contacts with recommended vendors to check availability, acquire appropriate contracts, distribute deposits, send detailed job descriptions, send and discuss wedding day itinerary and coordinate on wedding day. Catering: access to the most talented chefs in the area.
